After creating your account, go to Settings → Workspace Messengers and click Connect next to Slack or Discord. Follow the authorization steps and you're ready to go.
CROS Air only processes messages in channels where it has been explicitly connected. We never store raw message content — only task-relevant data such as assignees, deadlines, and priorities is extracted and saved.
You can disconnect CROS Air from your workspace at any time in Settings → Workspace Messengers. To delete your account entirely, contact us at contact@cros.team.
